Reservation Policy: Age-Restricted Community

Please note: Alliance Hill is a 50 and older RV resort.
 The primary guest (or spouse) must be 50 years of age or older to stay. Reservations made by guests not meeting the age requirement will be canceled and are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

  • Do you allow rigs over 45 feet?

    Unfortunately, no. The max RV length we can accommodate is 45 feet.

  • Do you have online booking?

    At this time, all reservations must be made by phone.

  • Do you accept pets?

    Absolutely. We are a pet-friendly RV park and offer a fenced dog park and scenic walking trails.

  • Do you allow families or guests under 50?

    Alliance Hill is a 50+ resort. However, families are welcome to book at our sister property, Stay N Go RV Park in Marianna.
